Eligibility & Admissions
Do I need prior experience in Sleep Medicine?
No. The course starts with the fundamentals and gradually moves to advanced topics.
Can international students enroll?
Yes. International registration and payments are supported.
Course Structure & Duration
Do I have to attend theory and practical sessions daily?
Theory sessions are recorded, so you can study at your own pace. Practical sessions follow a schedule and need your attendance.
What is the duration of the course?
The duration varies by program and is listed on the course page or brochure. A 60-day extension is available, and any further extension costs 25% of the course fee.
What if I miss a live session?
Recordings are uploaded to the student portal, so you can watch them later.
Will I receive study materials?
Yes. You will get PDFs, guidelines, articles and handouts.
Do I get lifetime access?
No. Access is for the course duration, plus any extension you opt for.

Who will answer my questions, and how?
Our faculty respond through email, discussion forums and live Q&A sessions.
How do I ask questions about theory sessions?
Post in the Graphy discussion forum, message us on WhatsApp support, or send an email. Responses take up to 48 working hours.
Are live doubt-clearing sessions included?
Yes. Periodic interactive Q&A sessions are part of the course.
Clinical Exposure & Practical Training
Will I get clinical or hands-on exposure?
Yes. Hands-on training and observerships are held onsite at the Delhi Sleep Centre. See Practical Observership.
Certificates & Accreditation
How will I get the certificate?
A digital certificate is emailed after you complete the course. Printed copies are available on request for an additional fee, such as courier charges.
Can I correct my name on the certificate?
Yes. Email us within 7 days of receiving the certificate.
Will I get access to future updates?
Updates to the modules you have enrolled in are included. New modules may be offered at discounted pricing.
Career Growth & Opportunities
Am I eligible for a Sleep Technician job or clinical practice after the course?
After completing the Basic and Advanced courses, you may qualify for sleep technician roles. Independent clinical practice requires the appropriate medical qualifications.

How can I pay?
You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, or bank transfer.
Are EMI options available?

Is there a refund policy?
Fees are non-refundable once course access is granted, with exceptions for special cases such as duplicate payments.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. A GST invoice and receipt are provided.
Technical Requirements
What are the technical requirements?
A stable internet connection, a mobile device or laptop, and an updated browser. No special software is needed.
Should I use a mobile or a laptop?
Both work, but a laptop is recommended for case discussions and scoring workshops.
